THE UK JEWELLERY AWARDS 2016
The Park Lane Hilton Hotel in London was the sumptuous setting for The UK Jewellery Awards 2016. And thus, founder and designer of Sybarite Jewellery Margarita Prykhodko, spent a very pleasant summer’s evening in the company of some of the most celebrated names in the UK jewellery industry.
Hosted by television presenter Gethin Jones, the awards ceremony was a glittering showcase of the achievements of smaller independent retailers, online specialists and larger, well-known brands. A total of 18 awards recognizing different aspects of industry excellence were given out at the ceremony.
Representatives from the UK’s Assay Offices, responsible for the hallmarking of gold, silver, platinum and palladium were present, along with nominees and individuals from different corners of the jewellery and watch making industries. It was exhilarating to be in the company of some of the most exciting names on the scene, in the refined and luxurious surroundings of the Park Lane Hilton.
Sybarite Jewellery would like to extend our warm congratulations to the nominees and winners. And for anyone who might believe that a formal event such as the UK Jewellery Awards 2016 might not be able to let its hair down, we should add that this most enjoyable evening ended where many of the most memorable occasions often do…on the dancefloor.
